Solomon Airlines Suspends All Flights to Ramata Airport

Solomon Airlines as of today suspended all services to Ramata Airport, until further notice due to minimum safe operating condition to Ramata Airport Runway not being met.

Solomon Airlines, hopes to resume operations at the earliest once Ramata Airport Runway minimum safe operating conditions are restored.   

“Safety is our number one priority first and foremost. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to our customers. This decision is not taken lightly. Safety of travelling customers, our crew and protection of our property is a priority” said Solomon Airlines CEO Mr Sean T’eo.

“We have shared our concerns and our decision with MCA and CAASI”. he said.

Solomon Airlines apologises for any inconvenience and kindly requests that passengers booked to travel to Ramata to contact the airline by calling Solomon Airlines Reservations on 177 within Solomon Islands, emailing [email protected] or visiting the airline’s Point Cruz Travel Center.
