This has been due to an unexpected technical issue with our Dash-8 aircraft (H4-SOL), our largest domestic aircraft. We assure you that safety remains our top priority. With one aircraft temporarily removed from our domestic fleet, this causes a flow-on effect in our operations. We ask your patience, support and understanding and confirm that our team is working tirelessly to remedy the unexpected technical issues to the highest industry standards. Safety is first and foremost, and we ask your patience as we for the speedy resumption of our Dash-8 aircraft service.

We are exploring options to provide additional support to our current single Dash-8 aircraft as part of our 2024 – 2028 Strategic Plan. Additionally, we are implementing automated email and SMS communications to provide quick notifications in case of schedule disruptions.
