Solomon Airlines confirms additional flight Tarawa to Brisbane on 19 June

Solomon Airlines has confirmed an additional flight between Tarawa and Brisbane will now be departing on 19 June 2022 in addition to the current 6 June departure, subject to Government approvals.
Flight IE693 will depart on Monday 6 June, leaving from Tarawa at 11:00am, arriving in Brisbane at 2:00pm.
Flight IE606 will depart on Sunday 19 June, leaving from Tarawa at 11:00am, arriving in Brisbane at 2:00pm.
Passengers intending to book must have a visa to enter Australia or a transit visa and another flight departure within 72 hours of arrival. Passengers who are transiting in Australia within 8 hours to another country, may not require a visa but will need to advise of their connecting flight at the time of booking.
The airline urges all transit passengers to check the Australian Government website to confirm if a transit visa is needed, and to check with their connecting airline or country of final destination for all required testing and documentation, as this will be required upon check-in in Tarawa.
The Australian Government requires that all passengers entering Australia have Government-issued proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and a Digital Passenger Declaration completed within 72 hours prior to departure.

All Solomon Airlines flights comply fully with the COVID-19 regulations of the relevant countries including all passengers being required to wear facemasks in all airports and for the full duration of the flight.
