Cancellations/Refunds: The fare is non-refundable.
A valid unused ticket can be used as credit toward a higher fare with a reissue fee of

No Show: Passengers who fail to show up for their flight will forfeit the airfare.

The following routes are unavailable for travel between 20 – 26 April 2025:

BNE-MUA-BNE, MUA-BNE-MUA
